Variations of Pokhara life, Pokhara, Nepal May 2015
Well, here's a mix of photos without any particular theme - its just the way the wind blows sometimes when pretty much every aspect has been covered previously.
On the left, views on the way to and from the 'Taal Rest-O-Bar, my regular place for coffee and lunch. 2nd down, here is a small beach, relatively clean with clean water too go with it! yes, no garbage, well not much, so this is an ideal place to paddle and cool off during the Pokhara summer months - June, July and August.
On the right, yes, planes again what more can I say! Except the airport can be a good place to capture some nature photos!
And finally, that owl is a regular visitor to my bedroom window. Most nights its there screeching away without any consideration for others - thanks heavens I brought ear plugs.

Parvin'Prabin/Anoop at Bhat Bhatini, Pokhara, June 2015
An early morning stroll down to the lake before the hustle and bustle of local life kicks into gear. The local moggy (cat) catches breakfast and slips swiftly away while the lizards bask in the glorious early warmth.
Saturday morning and local kids gather on the grazing meadow behind Lumbini Kitchen. Cricket, Frisbee or just good old fashioned catch are popular games, but today Amrit has opted to chase after Goats while Sangoo watches on, about to poke some fun no doubt!
A boy with three names, now thats probably not too uncommon around here. I say Parvin, others say Prabin and a few say Arnup (Arnoop). He is the Son of my friend who feeds me up when the Pandeys opt to up-sticks for a week (more about that later in the blog). Today I promised him a trip to the big superstore downtown - and he's happy at the prospect a trip away from home for a few hours. So, after downing a Pepsi its off to Bhat Bhatini for some underground fun.
Back at the hotel after a tiring day, to find a family of Bulbuls nesting in the lobby. Very busy, in and out with scraps of food, looks like the chicks might f ledge soon.
